Biography

Kelly Wenham was born in Montreal, Canada in 1985. At the age of 16 she won a scholarship for drama school, but quit three months later after being cast in a regular role in Where the heart is, a role she kept for four years.

After leaving Where the Heart Is  in 2004 she was cast in a leading role as Julie Priestly in Middlesbrough set fire fighting drama Steel River Blues.

Wenham has also made appearances in Life on Mars, Holby City, Wild at Heart, Cold Feet, Coronation Street, Waterloo Road ,Dead Set and the feature films such as Good ( starring Viggo Mortensen) Payback Season and The Magnificent Eleven.

Wenham recently set up production company 'PigLIT Productions' with writing partner Matt Bailey
